Cancellation Policy

Scheduled classes and Memberships may be canceled with 48 hours notice to the studio from the client without any fees. If notice of cancellation for a scheduled session is not received within 48 hours prior to a scheduled class or you NO Show, the client agrees to pay a $25 Late Cancel Fee, plus the client will be charged in full for the No Show, regardless of membership type and agreement. All Scheduled sessions may be canceled with 48 hours notice to the studio from the client without any charge or fee. Any scheduled class or membership client that "Late Cancels" or "No Shows" will be charged the additional Late Cancelation fees on top of the monthly membership. All sessions and classes are 45 minutes in length. Individual and Group session cancellations require a notice that is received by e-mail or text within 48 hours from the appointment time. If you do not show or do not cancel or reschedule your class/session within the cancelation period, you will be charged the full rate of class plus fees. Membership can be canceled at anytime but auto pay take 30 days notice to cancel out. All sessions and packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Packages are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
