Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy All sessions and classes are 45 to 55 minutes in length. Individual and Group session cancellations require a notice that is received by website, e-mail or text within 48 hours from the appointment time. If you do not show or do not cancel or reschedule your class/session within the cancelation period, you will be charged the full rate of the class. Membership can be canceled at anytime but autopay takes up to 30 days notice to cancel out. All sessions and packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Packages are valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Services, Schedules, Instructors and hours of operation are subject to change.
