Kirissa Weyh
Owner & Founder

Kirissa Weyh is the Owner and Pilates instructor here at Salty AF Pilates. She was born in Texas and later moved to Florida. Kirissa’s background as a nurse has always driven her to pursue vitality. She loves the beach and all things tropical. Kirissa fell in love with Pilates after a car accident that forever changed her daily life, resulting in injuries to her neck and low back. With Pilates, she found relief and regained her strength, but it was now fueled with the passion of knowing the power of Pilates.

Pilates allowed her to combine her love of dance, health, and fitness into a career. She now owns the one and only biohacking suite and Pilates studio, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in the Sanford/Lake Mary area. She believes in building a strong and healthy community, from the inside out. Kirissa looks forward to helping others find the same relief and love for Pilates as she did!
